Moving to another property.

Due to the amount of stock Pine Ridge has, opportunities to internally transfer are very limited. Our principles when dealing with Housing applications, transfers, and mutual exchanges are:

• We will advise and assist people who wish to move.
• We will regularly review our allocations and transfer policy in consultation with tenants.
• We will maintain a register of tenants wishing to transfer or do mutual exchanges within the Associations’ stock.
• We will inform people about their prospects for obtaining a move.
• We will subscribe to a mutual exchange network in which tenants can participate at no cost to themselves.
