How to become a Pine Ridge resident

When homes become vacant, we offer them to people who are on the local authority (Hertsmere) housing register and are nominated to us through Herts Choice Homes – the choice-based lettings scheme to which Hertsmere belongs.  

We also offer suitable vacancies to our own tenants if they need a transfer.  

We do not maintain a waiting list of applicants as normally we only make about 2-3 lettings a year.
