Tenant Satisfaction Measures
In October 2023 Pine Ridge ran a tenant satisfaction survey. This is required by the ‘Regulator of Social Housing’ and is a great way to hear from our residents. We are pleased to share with you the results of the survey. These are a great set of figures and we are thrilled with the response. There are areas where we need to focus and improve, but overall, it is very positive.

Who are we?
Pine Ridge Housing Association (Formerly South Midland and Greater London Housing Society) has been providing good quality, low cost accommodation since 1947.
Now focussed in Bushey, Hertfordshire, we continue this legacy of providing a great service to our residents.
